This is the first opportunity I have had to reply to your email.
I ordered the Royal Hampshire poppy pin for my dad who served with them in Germany, Burma, Borneo and Malaya. He received it shortly after I ordered it which was fantastic, Thank you .
It was a surprise which overcame him with emotion, he absolutely loves it.
I have yet to see it as I live some 1.5 hours away, but my mum also says it is amazing.
Thank you for your email, your prompt delivery, your beautiful work on the pins, but most of all for making an old army veteran very happy.

Hi Carl ,
I’ve just received the pins and they are beautiful.One is for my Dad who serviced in the 16th/5th Lancers in the Aden conflict. He was only 20 and experienced the horrors of war that have stayed with him all his life. He is now 77 and sadly has dementia. Mostly he is still him and very proud of his time in the Army. I know he will love this when I send it to him.
